Create Size in Pixels for W1920 x H1080 resolution is 150pixel/inch On layer but image back ground Shift+Drag Corner-Resize Hit enter - apply changes Type text(style komika axis) Ctrl + T - scaling Shift+Drag Corner-Resize ctrl +j - duplicate layer to rename text double click T icon on layer go to layer style effects: Gradient overlay @20% opacity stroke dark grey colour then size 15px(varies text size) copy effects to 2nd duplicate text layer by alt+drag effects(Fx icon pop up) to other layer then drag down create new layer and drag under text layers press I - eyedropper tool then select stroke colour press B - brushtool on Hard brushes(60) fill areas with gaps to combine shadow add text layer(optional) - change font then repeat copyp fx from other text layer and create your own design shift+click top layer alt+drag effects to other layer ctrl + e - merge layers merged layers in to merge layer with brush tool effect double click merged layer to display layer style and click strok...
